Israel Innovative Practice was founded by Noam Mordechai a visionary in the development of Israel’s periphery. Over the years, Noam has led projects to develop Israel’s rail and public transport systems in the Negev and the Upper Galilee, to reduce the center’s population density, and to ease the daily commute in and out of the country’s center. Noam has also led projects to advance the education offerings in Israel’s periphery, spear-heading the initiation of novel high school courses and extra-curricular activities in an effort to entice families to move to the periphery.‎
